Photo: Tree top challenge, and it was! The hardest workout/fun I’ve done so far. It wasn’t only the zip lines to have fun like a little monkey in the jungle, it was packed with different challenges.
Very interesting experience, as I thought I’m afraid of heights. There literally was no time to be scared as it was a team activity, and you had to keep on moving. Focus was on the next step I had to take. I’m still not loving heights, but the realisation I can do it anyway, despite my fear, was absolutely incredible.
Now, think for a moment: how many things are you avoiding stepping into because you’re scared, and once you put that aside, what could you achieve in your life?
I have been in a group with powerful creators; It was designed for a 21-day magic practice, culminating in an all-day event on Saturday, which I’m very excited about!
Every morning, you set heart-driven intention for the day and write down and share what you’ve realised and what you’re celebrating. It is for the purpose of being able to show yourself that you actually do create your life and magic in it. See, it’s practice like with every muscle. My 21-day started with my birthday, so a bit earlier actually.
One of my realisations was as follows:
Focus creates more than it is initially.
Just an example: you ask for great connections knowing you’re going to meet new people on that day.
What occurs is so much more than expected they are people heart driven, the weather is beautiful, the activity planned for the day brings new realisations about your own abilities, the food you usually never order tastes so much better than expected.
So much newness and discoveries packed into one day. The next day you’re still happy kind of no reason.
What in life It’s literally about the next step and everything else is irrelevant and just falls away?
I have been away, creating to launch Walkwithme Wellness (you are welcomed to support it in Instagram, button in the footer here). I will be sharing more clearly the ideas of all of it., which requires a lot of strategic activities that do not leave me much headspace for my favourite thoughts that I love sharing here.
I will create a subscribe button for you to sign up if you’d like to know once a new post is up, as these will be hectic the next few months.
I loved the line from yesterday’s movie series “Presumed Innocent.” I am my chance, said the character played by Jake Gyllenhaal when he was going to do his own defence closing argument, as he felt that even his own friends didn’t believe in him.
Love you heaps and miss being here much!
