Access Bars in Queensland

Photo: On my walkway yesterday, there is a bee sitting on the heart of the flower called Cazania, as my Australian mum told me.

This year is a Change with the capital, or perhaps all capitals.

It is different for everyone, for some it’s more of a feminine, energy wise changes but I know so many people who have left their life as they knew it. They left what they worked so hard for—many, many many years—the home they built and the relationship they put a lot of effort into. It comes later in life to most knowing what is actually valuable (what matters is if you’re actually in it or is it just for filling the blanks), but what if you’re ahead of time and make choices now that make you grasp air looking back to your bravery years later?

I always paid attention when I heard the beginning of the sentence: “If I had done that or known that when I was younger…’

All the people, now in their 50s and 60s, that have changed their lives that I have met, I asked if they knew that it’s going to happen, and they did, and most of them wished they acted earlier on their instincts and knowings.

Do you know things about your life, the changes you’re going to have? You just do not know how or how it all is going to play out for you. Do you know?

That knowing might be a bit uncomfortable even but that’s all right. Congratulate yourself for the awareness, because it’s you talking in you; it’s your inner knowing, no matter how unrealistic or impossible it might seem at the moment. For me, some things are a bit scary/exiting as I see changes in areas I haven’t been willing to change but I’ll do it anyway!

However, no need to do anything with your knowing for now. Enjoy your awareness, and ask more of it, pay attention and steps will appear.

Have you done anything this year to ease up a little? Have you started practicing anything? Remember, Change is the only constant in life; it’s so much easier not to resist it.

Did you notice how fast my energy sifted from one post to another (Dark side of the Moon to Forgotten dreams)? It’s almost like moving from one life to another. It was close to that; however, it was a consequence of listening to D.Heer’s Zoom call, ‘Restoring Hope’, you can buy the reply. It arrived just on time to my life, as things do…sometimes – rarely. Lol. I just saw a Facebook memory coming up where I was writing, it’s too late; everything is too late in my life! 🙂 posted 14 years ago. I do not even remember what I meant by that!:)

I also realised that I have enormous respect for people who Choose different without knowing or not being able to calculate what’s the end result. They are just willing to go, change no matter what. It usually comes with life experience; they have already seen life and seen that all these Right calculations didn’t lead to a greater life after all. There’s no wrong result; there’s just stuckness. You always have to be willing to go beyond expectations, separations, and judgements and not make the goal overly significant. Otherwise, you miss out living your life. That’s a practice by itself.

How do you know how alignement you are with your own knowing?

1.Your emotions show you how in alignment you really are. Negative emotions or contradicting thoughts show that you are not in alignment.

2. Once you relax, you’ll get closer to your inner being, the real you. You’re going to feel lighter, happier, hopeful, inspired, and more enthusiastic no matter the outside circumstances.

Below is a little video of a research about Access Bars, what it is and what it does.

For me, the process has created so many changes, seemingly small ones, that have led to big ones that it’s hard to summarise it all! I’m aiming to write about these as we go. No change is too small!

Here is one of the first ones I recall writing: Now that Gwyneth Paltrow has mentioned it

See you in the Peregian Markets on Sunday, 8 a.m.–1 p.m for a Bars session!
