My response: Hi darling lady, I remember you!

It’s so great to hear that!! I will have a look; I’m sure I can find you some! I have met people all over the world by practicing Access Bars.

Intrigued, no need to be; it’s just a lost trust that we are capable of miracles; it’s a simple truth. I also strongly suggested to her to take a foundation class, as I’ve seen that people who do not do that usually will not stick with the practice.

The other day I ran bars for about 10 people in 6 hours. There was one in particular that made me still think of him.

He was maybe in his late forties, very muscly, very sporty, and a very sad/angry man. The first time he came around, he had a chat with one of our boys about bars, and it really seems that when guys talk to guys about it, it helps a lot, as men tend to think that it’s some kind of fairy business. In case you didn’t know, access bars was created by 2 men, actually Gary Douglas and Dain Heer.

He came back and said yes to the session. While running his bars, I sensed the heaviness, how sad he was; I was close to shedding some tears. There was anger underneath enormous sadness. When sadness in us grows a lot, it becomes anger that could result in violence, as it often occurs for men, or if the anger is repressed, it becomes a body issue. Specific anger creates in specific organs accordingly.

So, these big guys having a fight in front of the nightclub…Yes, it’s sadness grown into anger. Maybe next time, instead of going to judgment of them, you can see deeper than that and have some empathy; everyone has different limits. Still call the police if required. 🙂

However, men can get their emotions balanced by doing exercise or, in extreme cases, beating up other men. Women have their body providing release of overflowing emotions monthly that they do not appreciate very much.

However, you could tell it was a guy who never ever does things like that, but he came! He probably thought, What do I have to lose? That made me extra humble; he had made that choice.

It didn’t look like he relaxed very much, a bit relieved though, but he said he did. That sounded awesome, as a 20-minute session is only 20 minutes. I thought later I should’ve offered him a hug; I’m sure it would’ve melted his anger a little bit, but my Scandinavian slow-mo just isn’t fast enough for this reality. 🙂 Off he went, and whatever had been troubling him now felt touched by the ray of sunlight.

See, since the relief is quite minor at first, people tend to think it doesn’t matter. But it does matter. These little moments of relief: acknowledge and appreciate those; keep on going, and these will get longer and bigger and to a greater relaxation, from where you get to access true you, your happy and your own knowing and trust. Although trust is overrated and has too many connotations – there is something else.

What is the miracle in you that, if you chose to unhide it, would change your reality?
