International Woman’s Day Embracing Femininity: Strength, Balance, and Self-Realization

International women's day 2025. Women, wellness, balanced life, wellbeing

Photo: prepping for a fashion show. I was given a choice of gowns; I didn’t choose the one I’m wearing in the photo. There’s something about wearing red… I will get there one day if I choose to.

‘The fabulous woman It’s not your lipstick, mascara, or the best clothes.

The fabulous woman, the best part of you, is your heart.’ (said a single mom and self-made millionaire woman) ♥️

The following statements have been retrieved from the 7 books of ‘A Teaching of Survival” L. Viilma. I was looking into everything related to the word feminine. Still a useful read for men.

Obviously, these are statements missing enormous amount of context; perhaps you can receive them anyway. Take what resonates and leave the rest.

There are quotes on femininity and masculinity—this section includes thought-provoking quotes and observations about femininity, masculinity, and their roles in life, relationships, and self-realization.

Meanings of health conditions— explores the connection between feminine and masculine energies and their impact on health, emotions, and the body. It shows how imbalances in these energies can manifest as physical or emotional conditions.

Practical reflections on balance— integrating the ideas from the other two sections, offering insights into how individuals can embrace both masculine and feminine energies in a healthy way.

  • A boldly loving woman doesn’t try to be masculine to overcome life’s challenges—she simply embodies her femininity, causing every difficulty to bow and retreat in reverence.
  • A feminine vision of small things is enriched by a masculine vision of big things.
  • The masculine vision of the big picture is beautifully enriched by the feminine attention to detail.
  • The feminine eye for detail is beautifully complemented by the masculine vision of the bigger picture.
  • A wise man can treat women’s small things with respect, because small things make (forms) big
  • Whoever puts on high heels, inevitably leans on the feet, that is, organizes economic life in a motherly – feminine way.
  • Feminine and masculine characteristics can increase or decrease within a role, but if they switch roles, illness can quickly develop. A feminine woman does not suffer from a woman’s disease.
  • A man must know what his masculine part is in life and leave the feminine part to the woman.
  • Wiseness is feminine energy. It does not mean that only women are wise.

Some health conditions related to femininity:

  • Erythrocytes (red blood cells) are feminine love. Human blood (love) consists of feminine love (mother, wife, women) and masculine love leukocytes (white blood cells) (father, husband, men).
  • A woman who is ashamed of herself for being a woman is killing her feminine nature.
  • A woman who is ashamed of being a woman in front of others is killing her feminine appearance.
  • A woman who is ashamed of being a woman, both to herself and to others, is killing her femininity as well as her feminine appearance.
  • If women knew that excess femininity hormones make a woman angry or cause fat tissue to grow, they would not want it.
  • The hormone of femininity is estrogen—the hormone of the first half of the cycle.
  • A woman who wants to be too feminine is ashamed to scream, shout, or fight, gets obese because excess estrogens grow fat tissue.
  • The central nervous system produces two hormones to regulate the work of the ovaries, the energy of which is logically aligned with both femininity and motherhood. Estriol is the hormone of feminine responsibility.
  • Excess estrogen is the energy of feminine belligerence. Also, a component of birth control
  • Exaggerated motherhood is exaggerated femininity, i.e., exaggerated emotionality, i.e., the accumulation of excess manifests in the uterus, thus the formation of tumors.

Some of the meanings:

  • The feet express daily and/or also small economic problems, or/and also feminine daily economic problems.
  • The physical organ of womanhood and motherhood is the womb.
  • Feminine rage comes out through the mouth!
  • There are two types of negative reactions: – feminine—an increase in blood pressure and a feeling of malaise; – masculine—a decrease in blood pressure and a feeling of malaise.
  • Diseases of the pancreas are like a woman dominating a man, that is, like feminine emotions that suppress the mind.
  • This means that the feminine way of thinking evaluates life from a supine or commanding position and is not based on one’s own life tasks, but by ruling on the male side, dividing life into masculine and feminine, without understanding to see the whole.
  • There are different types of tragedies, but the tragedies related to work and activities live in the small intestine because the small intestine expresses the attitude towards small, or feminine, work, and all disorders or diseases of the small intestine are inevitably connected to feminine tragedy, which you can read about in the chapter “Guilt—the reason for rebirth.”
  • Not knowing that positive energy is male energy and negative energy is female energy increases the outer masculinity and inner femininity.
  • Wanting to make everyone equal would like to make women into men and femininity into masculinity without thinking about the consequences.
  • Only overly feminine men blame women and feel sorry for themselves.
  • There are women’s and feminine everyday problems, but there are also men’s and masculine everyday problems.
  • Feminine courage is the kind of courage where you don’t admit to yourself that there is fear.
  • A woman’s love and respect for a man is the source of his strength.

These books explain in detail the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body. These explain how imbalances in these energies can manifest as physical or emotional conditions.

Ladies, perhaps for all your life, you had to toughen up, man up in many ways; what would it be like to be the softness that you truly are? What would it be like? What if you allow it now, what could that create for you and for your loved ones?

I was going to share a new song from Chris Brown here, and…then I realized it wouldn’t be appropriate because of his criminal records. 🙁
