A serene scene captured during an emotionally difficult conversation

celebrity, mindfullness, love, life

Photo: Isn’t it beautiful? I took that in the middle of a hurtful conversation that many of you have probably experienced more than once in your lives. For me it was a second one. Interesting is that I know I have a choice with it, and I am aware that I’m choosing to hold on to it. The dramatized version would be that something in you has broken into millions of pieces, but since you have worked on yourself, you realise that all these pieces are beautiful, and from these even more beautiful something entirely new can unfold.

How are you all doing? Happy June! It’s going to be good and cold.

Here I share a video from one of the Access Bars’ creators. I’ve never seen him that weepy and soft, really, with variable topics from children’s ADHD and OCD to giving back to Earth and choosing money; his point of view has influenced my approach to life and living towards lightness, and it has balanced out or complemented that heavy reading material I grew up with. The same book material I am sharing here with you occasionally.

Like with almost everything in life, it only holds the truth so much for me, but it sure helped me move forward by realising life doesn’t have to be hard and that to get happy is a foundation to everything, as that’s the way to be a contribution to others. And Access Bars that he cocreated, that is transformative and an amazing thing to practice.

Unplanned things are the best. On the weekend I noticed that in a situation—looking back, I am thinking, what? What did I do? Looking back, it seems that my brain was switched off. Honestly, more of that please!

What do I mean by that? There was no fear; there was a knowing from out of the blue that I am doing it, that… something. It’s very much appropriate for ‘not in a million years list’. Yes, more more more of that please!

What would it be like if you could leave your overly analytical thinking and useless mind chatter? What would that create for your life and living? Perhaps authenticity for one!

What would life be like if we didn’t have fear? Fear of not being loved, fear of losing, fear of not knowing, fear of disappointment, fear of not being right or doing the right thing? Life without fear…

Other than that. There have been some changes on the website and services. I am going to provide comprehensive service for a certain group of people; one-off bars sessions will disappear, but for now, if you tell me you’ve been reading here, we will do it.

Managing 2 businesses has been a lot of work, taking me out of creativity and into resistance; really, for that reason, I am going to get some help with the most boring technical tasks from now on.

The next post here will be about drug use. It will be heavy stuff; if it might trigger you, then skip it. Since in the books was no chapter about it, there will be sentences about it. Reading these now, I can see why I was never tempted to try any of it. Take these as pointers and not the ultimate truths, as there is a myriad of context behind them, and even though you do not have that context, it still could unlock the understanding that helps you move forward!

Have you got your tickets to the fashion show yet? Hint: I am going to represent my least favourite, the most ‘not me’ character wearing my least favourite colour. Lol, how can it get better than that!?

Until then: Put some clothes on! It’s Cold!

It’s a good time, 5-10, for ending all that doesn’t serve you anymore and to forgive yourself and/or others. (LaTene.ee)
