Photo: The new walkway, the park. The first couple of weeks it felt like I should have pepper spray with me because of the very unfriendly faces there, but it’s somehow getting better, the feeling… It’s completely vandalised, with graffiti on everything on every Thing. Every time I am there, I ask myself, ‘What can I do or be to change that?’ I have many ideas but need to get clarity on that.
Hello lovelies, yes, you, somewhere, everywhere in the world!
I did write a testimonial for the Inner Harmony Challenge, and I thought I’d share it with you, as the class is globally accessible. There were people from Canada, the US and Europe, and they all managed to get on Zoom.
Like I say every time I am sharing something here, this could easily be your first step; it wasn’t the first for me, and I still enjoyed it. That is heart & brain coherence spoken in a scientific perspective and less about magic, which I refer to most times. The course is all about explaining your nervous system (traumas) and teaching you to rewire it, and you’ll see it actually works.
Oftentimes thinking of the change can be overwhelming. One aware step/action is the beginning of the change you’re asking for. Take that step, and trust it’s the start. Or if you’ve been reading here, you’re already many steps ahead, so perhaps it’s time for the next, different perspective.
I’ve also been reminded that not all people are interested in life and living; they prefer to stick to the trauma and drama they are in, and that’s alright too; it’s a choice. Not everyone is feeling the urge to create, explore and become who they are outside the opinions and judgements others are offering. Not everyone has a question in their mind: ‘What else is possible? ’
The Inner Harmony Challenge starts on Feb 9th.
I did put an intention to that, so if you’re wanting contribution in a particular area of your life, do that, although many other things will come up as well, and let them. Allowance is the key.
The leading lady, founder and coach of the course, has a degree in forensic psychology. I find it fascinating. You can read all about her in the link below. Everything she is talking about is research-based, and for me, it was magic that I already knew existed, this time fully explained by science.
Her work is similar to Dr Dispenza’s approach, which is research-based.
During the Inner Harmony Challenge, my sleep pattern shifted within the first week. Around the same time, I received unexpected news of a financial matter and a surprisingly large tax return. Shortly after, I was also offered a sponsorship for the three-month Heart–Brain Harmony course — I do not recall ever having been given anything for free like that before.
Emotionally and physically, the process was deep. During the first two to three weeks of tune-ins, when I placed my hand on the heart, my heart was physically aching (almost like aching because it had never got attention before), and I became very weepy. Almost every second tune-in ended with tears. Sometimes happy tears sometimes release.
I also noticed a shift in how I relate to people. I felt a sense of forgiveness towards people I hadn’t forgiven from the past. I wouldn’t even say people, but I’d say their actions. They simply appeared in that space. I didn’t think of them; I hadn’t for a long time, actually. And then it was as if it had already happened in another space—and even though I can’t fully feel it in this reality yet, I know it’s done. If this was ego, it had no power.
Connecting to the heart and brain was like shifting to another dimension, where the material world didn’t matter. There were just spirits there, sensations, and everything was abundantly available. Sounds like an afterlife? Or death? Interesting.
As the weeks went on, physical patterns changed and improved, and I began meeting people who truly resonated with what I’m doing and what’s in my heart.
After that 2-week so-called challenge – I wouldn’t call it that, as tuning into you is a great thing to do. After those 2 weeks you can continue with 5 min daily tune-ins as many times per day as you like. You can do it with others in a group or on your own.
Do you have 2 weeks to get a glimpse of different possibilities for your life and living?
The practical side is you turn up to Zoom calls; I think there are only 4 altogether. You can be on camera or off, whatever you prefer.
What would it be like to show up for yourself in 2026? What will be different about that year if I choose that?
Let the science explain you to you.
