Your Self-Help Shouldn’t Be Called That — It’s Just Living

love, respect, joy

Photo: If you’ll find the café I got it from, I’ll gift you a free bars session. 🙂 I was in Byron Bay again last week because, again, someone wanted to go. 🙂 I didn’t know we were already there with Byron but that’s what it said 🙂

Your self-help shouldn’t be called that. It’s actually just living. Thank you to whoever left a comment on socials, someone from Melbourne. It rarely happens that someone does that, but it’s relevant and inspiring. People in my life aren’t reading here, I do not need them to because I have all other things in the world to talk about too:) therefore the only time (apart from my physical clients) I’ll get a clue it’s useful for anyone is that, and the lifeless numbers on the analytics. Although virtual people aren’t flesh and blood, they can make themselves somewhat real through responding/showing up. Thanks for making yourself real.

There was nothing of that in your comment about it, but it made me write that.

I did run someone’s bars last week; she went from tears to a wide smile on her face after a 20-minute session. I witnessed it, and unfortunately, I didn’t say it out loud to her, so chances are she even didn’t notice. But that’s a huge part of, if not healing, then upgrading yourself. Pay attention to incremental changes, minutes, moments, and seconds, and appreciate yourself for what you did/received/discovered, and ask for more of it.

We are trained to notice wrongness, problems, and darkness in everything, so much so that we simply aren’t used to paying attention to what actually makes us feel good. It’s the simple things; they become bigger, but it really doesn’t matter. You’ll appreciate it all, and you’ll feel it in your body. A pretty good point is what you can learn in the Inner Harmony (the Boom Room) course: no need to feel what you can’t feel; neutrality is good enough; and Access says the same – no need to feel to create a change. Think of it this way you have piled that crap for all your life. Now that you’ve decided to change that, to unclutter…that too takes time, but that is a joyful one, discovery after discovery. Towards lightness in your body and your mind.

You will find out so much about yourself outside of other people’s opinions of you, your parents’ friends, and society. You are so many things that you do not know yet, that you’ve rejected because you thought it was wrongness of you, wrong to want or to be that. Allow that; What if the world is here for your greatness that you actually are?

And as I said in my last or one before that post, do not start your healing with looking into the shadow side of yourself; start firstly looking into your greatness because how much has that pointed out to you in your life? Who has pointed it out to you? Appreciate that. I actually didn’t believe in this theory till recently, the shadow side theory, and it showed up to me only with that heart-brain harmony course. Also note it’s not what you think it is; it’s something else. What if your wrongness is your strongness?

No need to go to look into your past lives or ancestors, at least not at the beginning; concentrate on your life, and if you get to the point, you feel you have to, then do it. It is too confusing and a slippery way to go there and get more overwhelmed than you were ever before. We do inherit things from our ancestors, but I’d go there only if we have to.

It’s your life here and now, and you make what you want out of it, and the way is more important than the destination if there’s anything like that.

Happy International Being You Day to You!:)

Music: Who do I need to talk to to get her to Brisbane? A new single from Ngaiire, so beautiful, and it keeps my mellow going. I wonder if it is mine or if I am picking up someone’s? I do not have, externally, at least seemingly, anything causing it. However, I do enjoy it.
