To continue my last post’s topic. I asked the question on social media: Is it now common for people with whom you have shared a life—through events, gatherings, and experiences over the years, the ones you begin to call friends—to suddenly disappear? Is that a new norm?
No one answered that, so it must be a new norm. 🙂 I do not really know how to be with it or what the point is, or…am I the only one with that question? My very coherent friend said: “that’s called shedding”….?! In terms of dating activities these days… looking at that young dude, and all others I do not know how they’re doing it. We’ll get to it if there will be a demand for the topic. I like someone once in a century – it makes it simple in a way, so much still to learn.
Today’s topic is a start, one out of 4 pillars.
The only thing bigger giving than giving love is forgiving.
See if it’s landing.
FORGIVENESS FREES!
The negative bond is released when I say:
1. I forgive you for what you did to me. You can also talk to your body the same way.
2. I forgive myself for having taken that/allowing (negative) energy in.
3. I ask my body (organ) for forgiveness that I have done harm to my body by taking it in.
4. I love my body (organ).
If I myself have done bad (even in thought), then I ask forgiveness from the one to whom I did that. I forgive myself that it happened this way.
One must release, or forgive, both ends of the bond.
The first bond (1) is between me and the (neg) energy. The second bond (2) is between me and my body. Both can be released if I desire it truly.
A person must be accountable to themselves for what they do/think/feel. Everything that I do to another, I get back double — if I do good, I get double back; if I do bad, I get double back. Thought is an action.
Forgiveness in thought has the same strong effect as forgiveness spoken aloud in words. Working through thought gives me the possibility to forgive everyone regardless of time and distance. Yesterday is as far away for forgiveness as childhood or a previous life.
If I forgive with my whole heart, then the bond is released immediately and completely. If I cannot fully focus my thoughts, then I must repeat it until I feel that this problem no longer exists for me. Perhaps from the previous you already understood why one must never ask, “But they are guilty; why should I forgive? ” I should because it harms me. And perhaps they did nothing bad or wrong, but I perceived it that way.

My thoughts/experience on it: forgiving becomes easier and more available not because you’re becoming more forgiving but because you’re going to see the bigger picture. You do not even need to understand.
Let’s say, for example, your parents – not too many have had the perfect ones, and the ones who think they have perfect ones have their own issues to sort out, maybe you’ve noticed.
You can see that they did what they could with what they had. You can learn from that and do better in your life. That’s not little, that’s a lot!
Health is wealth.
