What Possibilities Are You Refusing? A Women’s Day Reflection on Growth and Freedom

International Women's Day

Photo: Something’s changed tremendously; I got convinced by my mum to buy these insane weird jeans, and I like it. The kind I always said I was never ever going to wear 🙂

Hi, how’s your new year going? Fiery? Golden? Progressive? 🙂 Your kind eyes might have been the ones making me want to come back here and connect.

Happy International Women’s Day to all women! Bring your woman or sister or daughter or aunty or mum or a lady friend flowers today for the big and small women to simply celebrate them!

Sometimes, or actually often times, these topics I am writing about come out of nowhere, and they have very little to do with me, although I am able to tie these with my own life because I can see connections with everything with me and outside of me. So, more often it’s you placing the order here, but you already knew that.

I have changed some habits I thought I should without putting any effort into it. I was thinking of the things I wanted to change and didn’t really know how to do that, and yet these have been changed. My watch is collecting interesting data, and it told me the other day that my cardio recovery has gone from 19 BPM to 27 BPM. In other words, my heart is getting stronger, I am really actually feeling stronger, and I am very surprised about that data backing it up. The only thing I’ve done since last November is start to use creatine, so it has to be that. Anyway, who would’ve thought? Except I always knew everything gets better, so how can it get even better than that?

It seems change is happening from a completely different space now; there’s no need for pushing or effort. It even seems it’s not a help if I do.

I suspect that the heart-brain coherence course has changed things a lot more than I actually realised or expected or imagined, and surely not all of it has been comfortable. But of course I have been getting more bars sessions than I did before as well. How did I get so lucky!?

It’s a new baseline; it’s very quiet now, like I used to have only glimpses of. I’m not sure if I truly like it yet, but I let it be and see what’s next. What can grow out of that new baseline? interesting!

Have you planned your wellness budget for the year? I have, and I am very excited to go to Sydney and repeat the Silva Method class. That was the first class where I experienced a psychic experience, when I was 21 years old.

What is it? The bottom line is that you practise deep relaxation for 4 days, going to Alpha Level. (The primary idea is to reach the Alpha state (a deeply relaxed, calm, yet alert state), and you’ll be given exercises with complete strangers…you’ll surprise yourself, you can be sure of that. You’ll get very real confirmation that you have a lot more in you than you ever imagined. You’ll get connected to the parts of yourself you had no idea of. You’ll learn that you Know.

That one is about training your mind; that’s why it’s so good! It teaches you to get out of it, to access the magic in you, the space within, where everything is possible. We’re mind-dominated; we want the proof right away, and that one gives you that. You can see the results immediately or after 4 days of practice.

I rang up the only facilitator in Australia, and she was very happy to hear that I am going. She said, ‘Reena, it has been 10 years since we talked about it.’ I can’t believe she remembered, and she had my number on her phone!

Secondly, I was planning to go to Europe, Budapest, for the Access Foundation class; it was before the war broke out. So likely I’ll take the class online instead. That will be my 3rd foundation, and like the best things in life, you have no words for… I guess I felt very connected after that. Meaning nothing felt too significant after that; it’s such a Freedom just like George Michael’s song lol. I guess it washes away the trauma and drama somehow; you’ll step out of it, step out of the lie that’s called reality, and see everything without the filter of trauma and drama; you’ll see the beauty underneath. Pure bliss.

So, what is your target this year? Do you know that if you’re feeling so at home in yourself, then the world can fall apart around you, and you’re not going to lose yourself? It’s turbulent times in the world; work with yourself. That is what you Can do. It helps you and others; as a consequence, you’ll be better for the ones you care about and for many others.

I have been receiving messages about bars sessions. I invest if you do, so there are no one-offs anymore. If you’re willing to receive 6 sessions or more and the change you’re asking for, I am here for you. I also can help you find a practitioner anywhere in the world if you’re really committed to getting a session.

Thank you, Brisbane. I drove a friend to the airport yesterday and got a great coffee. Gosh, how bad is coffee here, though? Perhaps it’s a sign to quit, although I do not see any other good reason for that. Although my body doesn’t allow me to have much anyway, it gives me caffeine jitters if I drink more than half a cup.

People living in the park have lightened up, even saying hello. They’re used to me walking through there now, and I do not know if I manifested it, but the car of a city council was there the other day with 3 men cleaning the walkways that hadn’t seen a clean for a long long time. Made me tremendously happy! I have eventually got my bed assembled, and the place looks like a home again. I love how nothing becomes something, how your own little things and ideas make it work.

International Women's Day

I did unpack a couple boxes of books and found some gifted to me that I haven’t read yet. It feels like I am ready; maybe. There was also a book from Paulo Coelho with the autograph. I really haven’t read many entertaining books in my life, but I did read firstly his ‘Veronica Decides to Die’ (it was in correlation with my depressed mind in my 20s). Oh, it’s not actually considered entertainment but philosophical fiction. Ok then, that makes sense. And later, I read The Alchemist, then The Pilgrimage, etc. In 2003 he wasn’t really famous yet; he had a book signing in the bookshop in Tallinn, Europe. Thinking of it now, it feels quite amazing that it happened, that I did go, that I had read the books, and that there were about 10 or 15 people. I haven’t been to any other book signing in my life. What else is possible? I do not remember anything about any of these books atm. Perhaps I should read again? Social media has become exhausting…

I am reading atm Viilma’s last book that I got from Santa this year. 🙂 That was published posthumously, based on her notes. It is a lot about autism, explaining the root cause of the illness, that it’s about an extreme form of egoism, how it happens, why it happens, etc., and G. Douglas’s book, ‘A World of Choice, a World of Freedom’. It’s a perfect balance as one author tells you it’s all your own fault lol and the other one is telling oh, you’re never wrong. Both are telling the truth. 🙂

Here is a brilliant question in this book, one of them, if you like: ‘What possibilities are you refusing that you really could be choosing that, if you would choose them, would create a different reality for you in every aspect of your life?’ Everything that is times a god zillion etc.
