It looks like I am going to fall ill now, just a cold, but it’s unpleasant. The stress level has crossed the limit of what the body can handle. Anyway, a little illness is here to keep away the bigger one, so I’ll try to appreciate that. From another point of view it could be the expansion that have stretched beyond what my body was ready to keep up with. All life comes to me with ease & joy & glory, the good & the bad says Access. I’ll take that, and going for a walk anyway, can’t survive without sunlight.
Thanks to all who showed up for Charlie’s session yesterday; there were exactly double the people than normal.
There are the rest of the pillars about forgiveness. I find the most interesting the one where someone says, ‘I do not want your good.’
Before you keep reading Some of the themes explored in the book may be triggering for some readers, so please honour your own needs as you engage with this content.
Interestingly here is a lot about how to communicate with your children, born or unborn, which is useful, and how to communicate with them if you know you didn’t do a good job. I am certain that the reason I have so much respect & love for my mum is that she actually told me when I was maybe 11 or 12 that she had made mistakes when I was a little and apologised she didn’t know how to do life better with my dad, I knew that already, I knew they weren’t good/healthy for each other, and she validated my knowing that’s so much better than a lie. What they shouldn’t have done is to put me in a position to say what they should choose next. What stood out to me was that she took accountability for her own unaware choices rather than shifting the blame onto my dad, even though he played as much role in it. Honesty is the best thing because children already know what’s going on anyway. They understand and will forgive very easily if they’ve been treated with honesty, as do grown-ups.
I will share my take on it, how I see forgiveness; you’re welcome to stop here. đ Forgive yourself whatever bothers you, it’s a human experience. None of us has done this beforeâwe’re all living this life for the first time, as far as we can remember, let’s make it beautiful for ourselves and for others!
It’s all for your own good, if anything else.
Forgiving is freedom to choose again! Like starting from a new slate but with gained wisdom, whatever was before that.
Freedom
You can choose
They can choose
How many more choices become available to you by choosing to forgive? Happy choosing!
I have added some of my published articles to the new âmediaâ section. These are more refined pieces purposefully to make these more digestible to the wider public; however, they are not edited by any means. If you know someone could use them, youâre welcome to share.
The book reading:
What is the greatest sin in the world? That a person does not know how to forgive!
Forgiveness cannot always be taken lightly. If I feel bad, then I must ask myself, “Why do I feel bad?” What is bothering me?â
EXAMPLES.
- I witness people are arguing with each other, but it creates unease in me.
- I forgive you for that; your arguments create unease (resentment, sadness, agitation) in me.
- I forgive myself that I took that negativity into myself.
Forgiving like that, wholly, you will see that the arguing stops right away.
- A person has taken upon themselves the obligation to worry. Whoever does not worry about another would supposedly not be a proper person. But worry â that is negativity. Therefore, one must free oneself from worry and from the negativity created by it. In treating children, this forgiveness is ideal. With it, I release the negative bond (the worry) created by me between the child and myself, which exhausted us both. Pneumonia heals in a child within 3â4 days without medication.
- Someone dies.
- I forgive the dead person; with their death, they hurt me.
- I forgive myself for taking it into myself.
This is how we usually correct our mistake, because we have not released the spirit of the dead person. In this way we do good both for ourselves and for the departed. Very often mourners become ill because by crying they do harm to the spirit of the departed. The spirit wants to be and must be free. The person who died wanted to die. They wanted freedom. Death is a pleasant experience. Everyone who has been clinically dead knows to confirm this.
- Someone does good; I know it, but I do not like it. Their goodness is not necessary for me right now. For the redemption of my karma, the bad I’m experiencing is exactly what I need.
One must not take life experience away from another with the bad which I have/am experiencing. When everything is done for someone, it is not actually doing them a favour, but the opposite. One must not take life experience away from another.
- I forgive you that with your good deed you do bad to me.
- 2. I forgive myself for taking it into myself.
Such a situation is often in relationships between parents and children.
A child loves one person the most â their mother. And the person who hurts the child the most is their mother. Why? The reason is simple.
The child knows their mother better than the mother herself. They watch their mother continuously for 9 months. They, pure spirits, know, see and understand everything. The mother does not.
Most mothers over the past several generations have not known how to communicate with their unborn child as they would with a living person. Now the child is born. And begins to listen to what the mother says and see what the mother does. These are so often contradicting, splitting the childâs soul and create negative bonds, which is followed by the accumulation of negativity.
And yet we have no right to accuse our mother, because I myself chose her as my mother when, being in the spirit world, I felt the need to come to Earth to redeem my karma (the debt of destiny). Only this mother is suitable for me. Only through those difficulties which I go through as the child of this mother can my karma be redeemed.
The situation with fathers is analogous.
Forgive your mothers and fathers everything in detail, even if they have left this world. You are worthy of them. This is also your karma, not only theirs.
If someone did not understand this explanation, then additionally, the following clarification:
A person is a spiritual being who incarnates on Earth as we see ourselves in order to have our sins redeemed. That bad which we do now, we come again and again to redeem, each time taking a new body, which we wear out and which then turn to dust.
Also, with the events of previous lives, we are connected by energy bonds. These too can be released with the help of forgiveness.
Most people nowadays also have birth stress. The foetus, the newborn, is a pure soul. Before them, an adult should feel sacredness and protect and love them. But in reality!?
During pregnancy the mother deals with everything else, not with a divinely wise and sensitive being. And how often she doubts whether to give birth or to have an abortion. Imagine right now what kind of anguish you would feel if you knew that at this very moment your mother were planning your death. But the foetus sees it this way.
Then birth comes. The mother groans because of her pain; the midwife hurries because of her work; the doctor thinks about their own problem â what medicine to inject. But the child thinks and asks, “Love me, please, then I can come into the world easily. Without love I am powerless, just like you, who has fear pain, hurry, and fuss.â
All kinds of stresses emerge from this period. If one speaks with the child every day even for a moment, then it means they have not been left alone; they are loved, cared for, and supported. The child is no longer a frightened protester. They are a higher spiritual being who lacks only the experience of material lifeâthat which diminishes the spiritual value of the adult.
Therefore, everything begins with the mother! And the father! Ask your child for forgiveness that you did not know how to protect and love them the way they needed. And forgive yourselves that it happened this way.
Child! Forgive your parents those same shortcomings.
The situation of children must be explained and emphasised separately. If someone has it difficult, then children do. Their only fortune is that they do not take worldly evil into themselves; their purity protects them. Unfortunately, the evil of the world flows into them through their parents. It is typical that parents blame society, school, and many other things for their child being nervous, unbalanced, tearful, and depressed. In all this there is a grain of truth. And yet the trauma of the childâs soul begins at home. If the mother comes home from work in the evening tired and fed up and the child innocently gets in the way and receives a snappy comment, then the mother has struck a wound into the childâs soul. Physical pain besides it is insignificant.
How many of you ask forgiveness from your child, explaining that the childâs fault, but I am, having become impatient because of a difficult workday? Even the child who cannot yet speak understands this correctly â the mother is what she is, speaks what is, and behaves according to what is. The child does not need a beautified worldview. The child needs truth. By asking for forgiveness, we are honest.
The power of fear is powerful. Never forget that every illness in a child is preceded by a stressful situation, including flu and other infectious diseases. Infection attacks only the one whose body has been weakened by stress. Chronic illnesses are in children who have constant stress (often a syndrome of fear towards parents). For example, bedwetting at night, hair loss, tonsillitis..
Do not say that my childhood was worse than my childâs life.
The child is not you! Their needs are different from yours; their life experience is different. To the rise of the negative background of the whole world is added each of our non-personal negativities, and our child simply cannot endure it.
Often times it is easy to condemn and difficult to understand.
One must not blame but forgive.
One can also forgive events â traumas, accidents, falls, operations, etc.
One can also forgive emotions â pain, fear, regret, guilt, the feeling of danger, foreboding of bad, etc.
Even a bad character trait can be forgiven. The spine, or even a separate small diseased area in the spine, straightens more easily if I ask it for forgiveness that with falls (or hard work) I have done harm to it. And I forgive myself that it happened this way. Thus, the negative bond breaks, which twists my spine out of alignment, and the vertebra willingly shifts back into place.
I gave it freedom. The vertebra, possessing consciousness like every other organ or cell in my body, shifts into the exactly right place. One can forgive every vertebra separately. If I know that one concrete vertebra is injured, then I speak specifically with it. And it can hear it.
Every person is unique. Every organ in the body stores within itself stress characteristic to that person. It is possible to free oneself from all stresses. To do it oneself, one must ask oneself, “What is troubling me right now?â And forgive that which troubled you.
Ask again. Thus, one may need to repeat it for a very long time. Nowadays hardly anyone would dare complain about a lack of stresses.
Question:
What should one do to avoid stresses?
Answer:
Forgive in advance!
For example, I have to go to an unpleasant place. I say, “I already forgive you in advance if you are planning something negative towards me, and I forgive myself that in my soul there is still room for this negativity.”
I love you, but I love myself too.â
My own choice is whether I do this with all the strength of my soul or not. Great business deals can be arranged in this manner. By forgiving in advance, even a certain car accident has been avoided.
Question:
What should I do if Iâve blamed them for so long that forgiving them feels impossible?
Answer:
Begin by asking forgiveness from yourself that you took into yourself the negativity caused by another and thereby did harm to your own body. Forgive yourself that it happened this way.
Thus, the soul becomes lighter, and forgiveness becomes easier.
Through forgiveness, I open myself to goodness, believe in the existence of good, and allow my guardian spirits to help me.
Did you understand why it has repeatedly been taught to say, “I love youâ?
Love is the most positive feeling; it contains all good. Therefore, it is equated with God. By loving illness â negativity â we add love to it â positivity. Negativity decreases. The more love, the more it decreases. Then it disappears.
Experiment. Say to the painful place: âI love you.â Count how many âloveâ words your painful place needs. That much love, you owe it.
In the future do not repeat your mistakes. Love your body, then you will become more positive. By improving your health/mind/body, the whole earth and wholeness can become better, even if only a little.
If you want love to come to you, then say from your heart to every passerby, even the most contemptible, “I love you.â Everything that you do, you get back double. Your soul fills with love. But like attracts like…
All the previous was to prove the statement: a person is as healthy as they want to be. By using these teachings, you prove to yourself that you want it. Then health comes too. It is never too late to begin.
Strength!
Light!
Love to You!

Comments: Itâs the very first part, 1-2. I absolutely didnât remember that it had so much about karma, past lives or even spirit guides in it. Rediscovering. I also understand that some points of view I can’t agree with, the kind of sayings that you canât change or you need a clairvoyant for that, things like that. The books were written a long time ago; many things werenât available for people, and changes are coming much faster now than ever before. And itâs alright; she used to say, ‘Question everything?
Hope it helps you to understand your parents rather than judge them. You do not know what you do not know. Do not make anything significant!
Experience: I was an au pair in the States, babysitting a one-year-old girl. I obviously didn’t have any experience with small children at the time. I had some knowledge from this book: children are a pure intelligence when they are little. Her parents sneaked out of the house every morning, not to upset her, and every time she started to cry a lot until I decided to do it differently. Every morning we went to the window with her, and I told her that Mum & Dad are going to work and will come back later on, and we were waving goodbye to them. She didn’t cry anymore, and if she did, it was a tiny cry; you could tell she understood very well. Like Viilma said children need honesty, whatever the situation, and adults do too.:)
Here’s so much available for us now, how can it get all better than that?
Be the magic that you are, have fun with whatever you do!
As a consequenceâor rather a synchronicityâtoday is the International Day for the Protection of Children, celebrated around the world.
